These terms explain the policies that apply when you use this website, book an appointment, receive a service or purchase a product from Caro Vera Studio.

1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website, booking an appointment or submitting a booking deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and any service-specific instructions.
2. Appointments
Appointments may be requested online, by telephone or directly with studio staff. Availability is not guaranteed until the booking process and required deposit have been completed.
3. $20 booking deposit
A fixed, non-refundable $20 deposit is required for services that require a deposit. The deposit is applied toward the scheduled service. It is non-refundable for change of mind, scheduling conflict, no-show, late arrival resulting in cancellation or failure to follow preparation instructions.
4. Rescheduling and cancellations
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when requesting to reschedule. With timely notice, the deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date. Additional or late changes may require a new deposit.
5. Late arrivals and no-shows
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. The deposit may be forfeited. A client who does not attend without notice forfeits the deposit and must submit a new deposit before booking again.
6. Service eligibility and health information
Clients must provide accurate information about health conditions, medications, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy and other factors affecting a service. The studio may postpone, modify or decline treatment for health and safety.
7. Results, healing and aftercare
Results vary by individual and may depend on skin type, lifestyle, medical history, prior treatments, healing and compliance with aftercare. Photographs do not guarantee identical outcomes.
8. Payments
The remaining balance is due at the time specified by the studio. Accepted methods may include cash, credit or debit cards, Zelle, Cash App or another approved payment method.
9. Refunds and products
Completed beauty services are non-refundable. Product pricing and availability may change. Opened cosmetic or personal-care products may be ineligible for return unless defective or required by law.
10. Website and intellectual property
Website text, branding, graphics, photographs and design elements belong to Caro Vera Studio or their licensors and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
11. Right to refuse or discontinue service
Caro Vera Studio may refuse, postpone or discontinue treatment when reasonably necessary for safety, policy compliance, inappropriate conduct or incomplete disclosures, subject to applicable law.
