Thank you for choosing Caro Vera Studio. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or directly through our staff.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
2. Booking Deposit
A non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
This deposit:
- Secures your appointment time.
- Is applied toward the total cost of your service.
- Allows us to reserve dedicated time exclusively for you.
Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, booking deposits are non-refundable.
Appointments rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice may transfer the deposit one time to a new appointment.
3. Deposit Policy
The booking deposit is non-refundable and is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Scheduling conflicts
- Failure to attend the appointment
- Late arrival resulting in cancellation
- Failure to comply with pre-appointment instructions
The booking deposit reserves your appointment time and compensates for the reserved schedule.
By scheduling an appointment and submitting your booking deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Deposit Policy.
4. Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Your deposit may be transferred one time to the new appointment date.
Additional rescheduling requests may require a new deposit.
5. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the remaining appointment time.
If the appointment cannot be completed safely or properly, the deposit will be forfeited.
6. No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will lose their booking deposit.
A new deposit will be required before scheduling another appointment.
7. Payments
The remaining balance may be paid using any payment method accepted by Caro Vera Studio, including:
- Cash
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Zelle
- Cash App
- Other approved payment methods
8. Results
Individual results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, medical conditions, and aftercare compliance.
Caro Vera Studio does not guarantee identical results for every client.
9. Health Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical information before receiving any treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may result in cancellation of the appointment.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Caro Vera Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary to protect the health, safety, or wellbeing of clients or staff.
11. Refund Policy
Services already performed are non-refundable.
Products may only be returned if defective, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Acceptance
By scheduling an appointment and paying the booking deposit, you acknowledge that:
- You have read these Terms & Conditions.
- You understand that the booking deposit is non-refundable.
- You agree to the cancellation and rescheduling policies.
- You authorize Caro Vera Studio to process the booking deposit.
